SPPC Account Creation

DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU HAVE GOTTEN YOUR FIRST SOIL SAMPLE RESULT

  1. Go to https://sppc.tennessee.edu
  2. Click on “Create account” (if you have a google account see below)
  3. Put in email associated with account
  4. Put in the password you want to use and again in the “confirm password” box
  5. Click Register
  6. You will get an Confirm email from SPPC that you need to click to verify your account
    • If the email matches the one in the system you will be brought directly to the customer Screen
    • Otherwise, you will go to the account creation screen
      NOTE: if you know, you are already in the system please log off and contact the Soil Plant and Pest Center so we can get your accounts linked up.
  8. You are done at this point you should be able to see your account and if it already existed you will see your soil samples.

Google account Instructions

  1. Click on Google
  2. You will need to log into your google account
  3. Then it will ask you to allow the SPPC site
  4. Once that is complete it will redirect you back to the site and you can continue from step 7 above

NOTE The “Forgot your password” option will not work until you have confirmed your account (step 6)
